The new map system offered by the St. Lucie County Property Appraiser is more user friendly and allows for more in-depth research. Click here for a summary of the new features available through the new map service.

***We have made some other changes associated with the Mailing List. Added to the Parcel ID, Owner Name, Address, City, State, and Zip included on the previous website, are now Sale Date, Book, Page Site Address, Land Use Code, Acres, and Finished Area.***

*****The Property Record Card now opens in its own window to allow continued use of the maps and other search functions.*****
